Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% of service charge for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment times. *50% fee for color corrections , keratin treatments , extensions and vivids* . You will be rescheduled in timely matter . If a individual cancels and rebooks multiple times within a week you will no longer be allowed to book online . This takes time away from clients who can fill and want those time If you are more than 10-15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled, we are booked back to back and cannot run into other clients appointments.
No shows are banned from online booking until service fee is paid .
